• Google Calendar: We request access to your Google Calendar to:
  • View your availability to prevent scheduling conflicts.
  • Add project sessions and workshops to your calendar.
  • Update event details when schedules change.
• Google Profile: We access your basic profile information (email and name) to authenticate your account.

Storage: We store calendar event IDs and synchronization tokens to manage the sync process. We do not store the content of your personal calendar events unless they are relevant to Coxana projects.

Sharing: We do not share your Google User Data with third parties, except as required by law or for internal operational tools (e.g., accounting software) strictly for business purposes.
